Surah 95 · Makkiyah · 8 verses
At-Tin
سُوْرَةُ التِّيْنِ
The Fig

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيۡتُونِ﴿1﴾
95:1By the fig and the olive
وَطُورِ سِينِينَ﴿2﴾
95:2And [by] Mount Sinai
وَهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ٱلۡأَمِينِ﴿3﴾
95:3And [by] this secure city [Makkah]
لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِيٓ أَحۡسَنِ تَقۡوِيمࣲ﴿4﴾
95:4We have certainly created man in the best of stature
ثُمَّ رَدَدۡنَٰهُ أَسۡفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ﴿5﴾
95:5Then We return him to the lowest of the low
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونࣲ﴿6﴾
95:6Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted
فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعۡدُ بِٱلدِّينِ﴿7﴾
95:7So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense
أَلَيۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحۡكَمِ ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَ﴿8﴾
95:8Is not Allah the most just of judges
